Availability:

Please understand that our displayed products are in limited quantities and the stock quantities depend on customer’s demand. The stock will be refreshed periodically. That means once the stock item is finished; the item will be collected within a short period and the refreshed stock quantity will be displayed at the store accordingly. If any item displayed on OitaKoto.Com is no longer in stock, we make every effort to restock the product as soon as possible for the customers. During this period, no order shall be entertain for such product. If you have any questions concerning the availability of a particular product please feel free to contact us.

Product Information:

Note that considering the early stage of E-commerce of Bangladesh, OitaKoto.Com does not carry every product that you would find in our shop.

Colors of the product:

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on OitaKoto.Com. However, due to display difference of personal computers/laptops/palmtops/tablets/phablets/mobile phones, we cannot guarantee that your display of color will be accurate; but we guarantee the style and print design will be accurate.

Pricing (World-Wide): 

In the event any product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information, OitaKoto.Com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. All our product prices and services are Excluding VAT and Tax as applicable by the laws of the Government of the Shipping country (Customers’ Country) and Customers have to pay the applicable VAT and Tax to their Respective Government.

Customs Tax/Fee/Tariff

Our prices for World-Wide Customers are excluded all kinds of Customs Tax/Fee/Tariff. Customers will be the Sole Responsible for paying all kinds of Customs Tax/Fee/Tariff and other Government Taxes of their Own Country. We’ll accept no order cancellation request for Customs Tax/Fee/Tariff and other Government Taxes of their (Customers) Own Country.

Pricing (Bangladesh): 

In the event any product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information, OitaKoto.Com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. All our product prices and services are subject to VAT as applicable by the laws of Government of Bangladesh.

Shipping and Order Processing Fees (World-Wide): 

We are offering Free Shipping to our World-Wide Customers with a Regular Shipping method. It will take 14-60 Days (No Online Tracking option available for this shipping method) to receive the products. An Expedited Shipping method is also available upon Customer’s Request (Charge Applicable based on Weight of the Packet). We carry the risk of loss of the product that is not delivered to you!

Shipping and Order Processing Fees (Bangladesh): 

Our shipping and order processing fees are projected to compensate selected shipping companies in addition to covering the cost of order processing, handling and packing the products and delivering them to you. We carry the risk of loss of the product that is not delivered to you!

Important Note: 

OitaKoto.Com shall have the right to decline or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and you pay the bill.

Refund: 

If customers claim a refund with a valid reason and if OitaKoto.Com accept the refund request, it will take 14-30 business days to process the Refund.
