As we know that, sometimes your delivered product doesn’t work out the way you had expected, and for this reason, we did our best to make a return policy that is flexible and helpful for you. If you are not fully satisfied with the quality of the delivered product, simply bring it back to us with your payment details and we will gladly replace the product at our own responsibility. Items that you want to replace must be unused with all original tags attached. Otherwise, your request will not be entertained.
What qualifies as a return?
Any product would qualify as a return if it meets any of the following conditions:
- If we sent Wrong Product;
- If we sent Wrong Product Size;
- If we sent Damaged Product;
How do I return an item?
Order details (name, email, order number, date, payment amount, contact number and ship address) must be enclosed with all returns or exchanges in written form (hand-written or print) and include it with your return items through courier service or visit our office and have a cup of tea with us and solve the issue instantly! We will bear all the charges of the courier that are needed for replacement or change. After ship the damaged product to our address, make a phone call to our customer care and provide asked information. After receiving the product, we will send the right product to you as Express Shipment, meaning VIP customer Support! You can return your items at the following address:
