How do I place an order?

Order placing is very simple. Browse the product using various filters or category, select the product(s), add product(s) to the cart, view the cart, checkout and follow the instruction carefully for placing the order.

Can I Split my Order to ship different items to different shipping addresses?

No, you can’t. For different shipping address, you have to place a different order.

How do I check my order status?

Login to your account and navigate to Orders section from your dashboard. From here, you can see the status of your all orders starting with the latest. Alternatively, you can check it through the Track Status page.

Do I have to register for an account to buy something?

It is mandatory to create an account for buying the product(s) from OitaKoto.Com. You will have the option to simply proceed as a guest customer for adding products to your cart. Creating an account will ensyre, you may not missing out on several benefits available to registered users, including the ability to easily track your order status, get rid of repeat typing of required information each time you buy product(s) and so on.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept payments through Visa and MasterCard (debit, credit), Mobile wallet, like bKash and so on, Online Banking money transfer, Mobile Banking payment, Bank Check, Direct Bank Deposit, but we are not OFFERING CASH ON DELIVERY!

When will my credit card be charged?

Your card will be charged after your card has been approved through our secured (SSL) payment gateway.

What currency will my order be billed in?

Your billing amount will be shown in ৳ (BDT [Bangladeshi Taka]) on the payment gateway.

Can I change my billing address?

Of course, just log in to your account and change the address from the ‘Address’ navigation shown on your Dashboard.

When will my package arrive?

Local Shipping (Bangladesh)
Depend on your preffered shipping method. Regular shipping will take 2-4 business days (Dhaka Metro) and 7-10 business days (Outside Dhaka). Upon special requests we can arrange expedited shipping (24-36 hours for Dhaka Metro and 2-4 days for outside Dhaka, Extra Charge Applicable).
International Shipping (Selected Countries)
14 Days to 60 Days using our Regular Shipping method (Free of Charge) 5-10 Days using International Shipping method (Charge Applicable, prior notice required).
We ship to your billing address (if no separate instruction is provided for shipping to another address) via courier services from Dhaka. In some cases, we’ll arrange special shipping through our own team members.

How much do you charge for delivery?

We have two shipping plan for all customers. You’ll see the cost on your Cart page during checkout.

I've confirmed my order, but was later informed that my order got cancelled. Why did that happen?

Some of the possible reasons for which your order may be cancelled include:
  • Violation of our Terms and conditions;
  • Shipping address is incorrect;
  • Payment is incomplete;
  • Contact Number is not working;
  • Recipient not found.

Is your product exchangeable?

Yes. For details, navigate to our Returns and Exchange section.

Do i need to pay VAT (Value Added Tax)?

YES, if your government impose VAT on online buying, you’ve (all the customers) to pay VAT. Our Prices are Excluding all kinds of VAT and Tax including Customs.
If you are an International Customers, you’ve to pay the Customs Tax and other charges applicable in your country imposed by your government for cross border shopping. We’ll not liable for any kinds of issues raised by Customs or your local authority for Cross border shopping.

How many days needed for a Qualified Refund?

We hardly offer Refund! If you can qualify for a refund (e.g if we failed to send the product, and a few other reasons), we’ll process the refund. It may take up to 30 days for a qualified refund. For further query, you can email us.
