Q: How do I place an order?
Answer: Order placing is very simple. Browse the product using various filters or category, select the product(s), add product(s) to the cart, view the cart, checkout and follow the instruction carefully for placing the order.
Q: Can I ship different items to different shipping addresses?
Answer: No, you can’t. For different shipping address, you have to place a different order and pay accordingly.
Q: How do I check my order status?
Answer: Login to your account and navigate to Orders section from your dashboard. From here, you can see the status of your all orders starting with the latest. Alternatively, you can contact us through the contact us page.
Q: Do I have to register for an account to buy something?
Answer: It is not mandatory to create an account for buying the product(s) from OitaKoto.Com. You will have the option to simply proceed as a guest customer. However, you may be missing out on several benefits available to registered users, including the ability to easily track your order status, get rid of repeat typing of required information each time you buy product(s) and so on.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
Answer: We accept payments by Visa and MasterCard (debit, credit), bKash, Online Banking money transfer, Mobile Banking payment, Bank Check, Direct Bank Deposit and cash-on-delivery.
Q: When will my credit card be charged?
Answer: Your card will be charged after your card has been approved through our secured (SSL) payment gateway.
Q: What currency will my order be billed in?
Answer: Your billing amount will be shown in ৳ (BDT [Bangladeshi Taka]) on the payment gateway.
Q: Can I change my billing address?
Answer: Of course, just log in to your account and change the address from the ‘Address’ navigation shown on your Dashboard.
Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
Answer: Depend on your proffered shipping method. Regular shipping will take 2-3 business day and Express shipping will take 36 hours or next day.
Q: How is my order shipped?
Answer: We ship to your billing address (if no separate instruction is provided for shipping to another address) via courier services from Dhaka.
Q: How much do you charge for delivery?

Q: I confirmed my order, but was later informed that my order got cancelled. Why did that happen?
Answer: Some of the possible reasons for which your order may be cancelled include:
- Violation of our Terms and conditions;
- Shipping address is incorrect;
- Payment is incomplete;
- Contact Number is not working;
- Recipient not found;
Q: Is your product exchangeable?

Q: Do i need to pay VAT (Value Added Tax)?
Answer: No. For the current fiscal year, no VAT is imposed on E-commerce.
